Every VITOLON tool is a high-power, exceptionally durable precision device for professional applications, built to endure tough conditions. To ensure they stay that way and their performance capability for safe and dependable use is preserved, we recommend regular cleaning, testing, and servicing. If a tool fails or is damaged, you can either use one of our handy repair kits or send it to us for repair. Please dispose of old tools in an environmentally sound way. Alternatively, we can dispose of them for our customers at no cost (Germany only).
SERVICE PROGRAMME FOR TOOLS.
Maintenance and repair of VITOLON tools.
Dirt and residue should be cleaned from the tool after every use with a soft brush or cloth. The need for servicing depends on the conditions and intensity of its use. That is why we recommend that maintenance is performed after 20,000 work cycles or every 12 to 24 months.
- Servicing and small repairs can be performed using dedicated, model-specific service or repair kits.
- Or, the tool can be sent to our authorised TSC (Technical Service Centre) to be checked, repaired, and sent back.
For each VITOLON tool, the following kits are available:
- Service Kit: Contains all parts needed for routine servicing within a 24-month maintenance cycle.
- Repair Kit: Contains all typical replacement parts that could be needed for tool faults, focusing on components susceptible to wear and tear.
If a tool should fail despite the high quality standards VITOLON ensures, please get in touch with us. We provide fast and economical repairs to help you resume your work as soon as possible. We have prepared an order form for our inspection and servicing, which you can easily complete and send online.
